"I remember watching the numbers during the voting process for Obama and just thinking about the things that have happened in my life..my sons , their fathers', my peers and all that was going on around me... I wondered why was I here during this day and time, and how was God wanting to use what He's given me.... I remembered the message about choice that He'd been using me to speak out to others on, and I wanted to put it into a format that was undeniable... I think that's what helped me to decide W A K E U P was necessary."

Yes, Sonya has done it again! This time, she has put together a montage to a heart-stirring rendetion of our National Anthem.

One again and by populr demand, Sonya will be performing at the Orpheum in Ybor City. Tickets are just $8 in advance and $10 at the door (and you can buy your tickets online).

On September 27th at Tampa Christian Supply located at 2908 W. Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, FL, Sonya will host an in-store meet-n-greet and buy-it-before-its-released event. Sonya will be at the store between 1PM and 3PM EDT.

You can buy a copy of the CD in advance of the September 30th release date and have Sonya autograph your copy. There will be door prizes and other goodies during the event, so come on out and show your support for Sonya's new album.

On August 31, 2008, Sonya LaChelle will perform at The Orpheum located at 1902 Republica de Cuba in historic Ybor City, Tampa.

Tickets for the event are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Information on how to purchase advanced tickets can be obtained by sending an email to: tickets@ausuree-ent.com. Please put "Sonya LaChelle Tickets" in the subject line.

Other featured artists at this show will include Jer-Z, 5/10 and D.J. Tuneselekta. In addition, Idiomz da Prophesayer will make a special guest appearance during Sonya's set.

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of Ausuree Entertainment Group CEO and Sonya's husband, Alberto Ceballos.

Alberto passed on February 6, 2008 from complications resulting from a stroke. Alberto's passion kept us all going, and it is his passion that will continue to live and thrive in us all. . . . .
