The W A K E U P compilation CD is the brain-child of Sonya LaChelle conceived out of a genuine desire for people to live a life that is fulfilling, and to get them to that place, she wanted to go there ( be extreme ).
"I remember watching the numbers during the voting process for Obama and just thinking about the things that have happened in my life..my sons , their fathers', my peers and all that was going on around me... I wondered why was I here during this day and time, and how was God wanting to use what He's given me.... I remembered the message about choice that He'd been using me to speak out to others on, and I wanted to put it into a format that was undeniable... I think that's what helped me to decide W A K E U P was necessary."
